Our team of experienced counsellors utilize approaches like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), experiential therapy, and trauma-informed counselling. We want to understand your specific barriers to recovery, and then tailor a program to address them. In addition, you’ll be in a small co-ed group of people who are all on a similar path so you can all share your experiences, and help each other grow into your recovery. Our drug treatment program isn’t a 12 step based program. Although we do recommend the 12 steps, we’ll also provide you with alternative recovery approaches, and real hands on exercises so you can find outside supports that work for you.
